Relax with the whole family at our little slice of heaven in the trails. Located in beautiful Towamensing Trails Community, our newly renovated home is waiting for you!
Large property with plenty of open space for outdoor games and barbecuing. I’m sorry, No Fire Pits allowed!
The community boasts a beautiful large beach for swimming or renting pedal boats or you can spend your time at the pool, playground, tennis courts or playing beach volley ball.
Our home is a ranch style with 3 steps at the entrance.
There are 3 bedrooms….
The master has 1 queen bed. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full with twin trundle) every room has a smart TV with HULU LIVE. Feel free to use any of the streaming apps with your log-in *please remember to log out of the apps before you leave*
*Our home is family friendly* We have a pack and play, high chair, baby gate, portable baby/child bathtub, outlet covers, baby monitor. Feel free to use any of these items during your stay!
Every room in the house has been recently updated so you’ll enjoy all brand new appliances, countertops, new flooring and carpets throughout, new windows, front door and brand new walk-in shower with glass doors. All beds and mattresses are brand new too! You’ll love the huge, open back yard where you can play yard games and use the charcoal grill. You are guaranteed to meet up with many families of deer on the property.
Our house is located about a mile from the beach/pool/clubhouse.
Should you choose to book with us, we will reach out a week or two before your stay to request a few pieces of info from you so that we can register your stay with our HOA.
