"Away to Play" is the perfect place for large and extended families to vacation. Its three stories offer 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths and more than 2700 sq. ft. of living space including three master bedrooms. On the 1st floor are 2 masters with king beds; the 2nd floor has 1 master with a queen bed and a 4th bedroom has a full size bed. There are also 3 loft style rooms (one on the 2nd floor and 2 on the 3rd floor) each with a daybed and trundle (6 single beds total). The main living area has an open floor plan with full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and spacious living room. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, Jenn-Air cook top, dishwasher and is well stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The single garage is accessed from the kitchen area and holds a golf cart, beach chairs, skim and boogie boards. (Many of the beach items turn over with guest stays, so there may be more or fewer beach toys, but always plenty of things to make your stay more fun and enjoyable) Access the large screened porch from the main living room or from the kitchen area. A large table with chairs and benches make for great outdoor dining. Other features include vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, central heat and a/c, and lots of storage and closet space. Two cars park easily on the driveway. Three parking passes come with your reservation. There are several parking spots near the pool for the 3rd car or external parking at a nearby location on Ft Morgan Rd. Do not park on the sand-you will get stuck! Martinique on the Gulf is a classic private beach community on Alabama’s glorious Gulf Coast. Located on the Fort Morgan peninsula on the western side of Gulf Shores, Martinique offers everything a beach vacationer could want in a resort setting, including private Gulf Shores vacation rentals along the beach, and affordable luxury condos.
