Our family cottage is located on an island in Georgian Bay, Bone Island. It is only accessible by water. This means that the rental can only be accessed by water taxi or with use of your own boat.
This 2000 sq ft cottage is a 15 minute boat ride from Honey Harbour located on the NE side of Bone Island. This 450 foot waterfront property is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating and water sports. This property offers spectacular views from the main living area as well as the covered deck. Complete with Muskoka chairs, sun lounger, propane BBQ, the deck is perfect for entertaining or relaxing.
This home away from home offers cathedral ceilings with an open concept kitchen, family room and dining room. Make yourself comfortable in the family room while watching the game on a flat screen satellite TV. The dining room table is designed for 8 people. There is always room at the kitchen island for 4. The fully stocked kitchen offers a full size fridge, bar fridge, stove, microwave, plates, cutlery and more. A separate laundry room offers a washer, dryer and ice maker. Also has a water purification system for clean tested drinking water.
Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom on main has a king-size bed with full bath a few steps away. There are two other guest bedrooms on 2nd level one containing a queen size bed and the other 2 twin beds. Both share a powder room. If extra sleeping is required there is a double futon in loft available for your use.
Stairs from the scenic level rock view lead down to a dock where you can lounge, fish, or swim in the deep water. Kayak and canoe are available for your use. There are also two firepits available, one steps away from the main cottage covered porch as well as close to the dock by the water.
