This large, open floor plan (1801 sq feet) boasts three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a bunk area to comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom, living, kitchen and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf views through 9 foot floor to ceiling windows.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet dinners and has stainless steel Appliances, Corian counter tops and a large breakfast bar. The unit has a washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and all 3 bedrooms and hi speed state of the art internet. There is a large HDTV in the living area.
Gulf Crest Resort features two gulf front pools, 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, a gulf front fitness room, a video arcade game room, covered assigned garage parking, 3 high speed elevators and 294 feet of sugar white sandy beach.

If the time period reserved cannot be re-rented, then the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.
HURRICANE EVACUATION POLICY: Full refunds for days not used will be given in the event of a mandatory Hurricane Evacuation.
