Positive: This apartment was indeed a gem in all respects. It is located in Grinzing with a feeling of a quiet village. It has numerous "Heurigen" with local, fresh wine and Austrian food, excellent bakers and grocery stores are within a very short distance. One minute away is the 38 tram and the 38A bus, either of which will take you or connect you to anywhere in Vienna. Grinzing is located on the edge of the Wienerwald where multiple trails offer walks in the woods or the vineyards. The apartment itself is charming and comfortable, in two levels with a living room (with an art library), bathroom and bedrooms upstairs, and kitchen, entry and breakfast room downstairs - with a balcony.
