This home has fresh updates, high end appliances, and an uncluttered vibe. Come in, relax, and enjoy the quiet after your day or days in Colorado Springs.
Great location to all Colorado Springs has to offer. Easy access to the Interstate, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
This home is over a century old, but has all updates a guest could want to feel right at home. There is a spacious King Master, with a huge laundry and storage room suite. There is plenty of space for your clothes and personal items while you stay so you can simply relax while you visit. A smaller room with a pull out trundle day bed will accommodate two more kids or adults. The main living area has a Queen size sofa bed, if your group needs extra space for sleeping. The home is all yours while you are here. You will have access to the entire home, plus the front and backyard. Parking is off street, and the driveway can accommodate at least two vehicles. In the winter months we store a covered camper on the east side of the driveway. There is still plenty of room to park next to the camper. There is no garage access for guests.
This house is not centrally air conditioned, however, Colorado nights are cool and dry. The master has a room air conditioner, and the main living space has another air conditioner.
This eclectic neighborhood is energized by the reimagining of Lincoln School - formerly an elementary school building that now houses a microbrewery, bakery, barbershop, coffee roaster, and a small restaurant called "The Roswell." Food trucks stop by daily as well. This house is on a bike route, so you will see plenty of cyclists coming and going. For families, there is a park one block away. Two blocks away is quick access to the Legacy Loop Trail, which circles the downtown area. There are train tracks near the home, so it is possible, especially in the summer, that you may hear a train in the distance (a pleasant sound if you ask me!).

Summary: The house is amazing and meets any families needs! We traveled with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and the home was very accommodating. The home has beautiful Mountain View’s of Pike’s Peak. The neighborhood is very safe and there are tons of local spots near by. We would 100% stay here again and we wish we would have stayed here longer. The owners are very responsive. Definitely book this place!
