A 7-minute drive to Hobart CBD, 15 minutes to Hobart Airport and 18kms to the Historic Town ship of Richmond. Situated on the Eastern shore this home is close to the city without being in it, in one Hobarts family friendly suburbs.
The Space:
The Townhouse has a single garage and open plan living flowing out on to a sun filled deck, perfect for your afternoon cocktails. You will find 3 bedrooms with super comfortable beds to sink in to after a enjoyable day of sightseeing.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bath to relax in. The main bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and its own ensuite plus a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable Queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher.
The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space. There are 2 smart TV’s in the Townhouse plus Wifi .
There is a fully equipped laundry with a washer/dryer combo should you require laundry facilities.
All our linen is provided by our linen service, is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh!

There is garage parking for one car, additional space for another as well as free on street parking. There’s also a bus stop on the East Derwent Highway a short walk from the house to take you to your destination.
Please note that we are not in Hobart City. We are located in a popular quiet Eastern Shore suburb, just 7 minutes East of Hobart, so it’s probably best if you have your own car to get around.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood of Geilston Bay is a delightfully peaceful area. there are a number of amazing walking tracks, both on the waterfront and in the bushland. including the Natone Hill bush reserve and the Clarence Foreshore Trail. Geilston Bay is dotted with a large variety of moored yachts and it is only short 3-minute drive to the Lindisfarne shopping precinct with a supermarket, bakery, coffee shops and chemist. Geilston Bay is perfectly located for quick and easy access to Mona, Richmond, Port Arthur, the Airport and the fabulous East Coast...while only being 12 minutes to Salamanca and the CBD. You’ll have the best of both worlds!
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, Uber run in Tasmania.

IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
We have implemented a strict Quiet Time between 10pm and 8am where there is to be no noise on the decks or outdoor areas.
We have had to implement the following policy due to a number of recent guests disregarding our house rules and creating unacceptable levels of noise at the house, causing a disturbance to our neighbours.
This home is situated in a quiet residential area. Guests should not create noise that could disturb our neighbours at any time during their stay.
In addition, there should be no excessive noise on the decks and outside areas at any time during your stay and noise inside the house should be at a level so as not to be heard from neighbouring properties.
The house is for accommodation only and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or functions of any kind. There is to be no more than 2 visitors to the house without our prior written consent.
If you do not feel that you can abide by these rules DO NOT book this house. If you do book the house and disregard these rules, our neighbours will let us know. You will be asked to vacate the property immediately and may lose your booking fee and deposit.
If you can abide by these rules than our house may be the perfect holiday home for you.
Please note this waterfront property is NOT fenced so it is not recommended for young children unless fully supervised. Guests and visitors are the sole responsibility of the person booking the property and therefore required to inform everyone concerned of the safety considerations.
