Summary: The house was good and had everything we needed. Rural location, no morning sun but nice views. A good deal of dog barking in the neighborhood, but it got better, or we got used to it. Otherwise very quiet. 20 minutes walk to the center of Santa Lucia with shop, bar, a few restaurants, bakeries , bus stop etc.
