Welcome home! A beautifully maintained, all the comforts you need kind of place on Long Island in Moultonborough. This ranch style home offers plenty of space to spread for privacy, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one full bath and two 3/4 baths). Unique stonework on the hearth, walk-out deck and flat lawn space lead you to the waters edge. You can access the water from the dock ladder or you can take advantage of the beautiful town beach on Long Island (pass provided by the owner!!). The views from your windows, deck, dock are picturesque. Bring your boat, bring your family. A well-equipped kitchen and full washer/dryer provide all the conveniences of home. The accommodating sun room is wonderful for relaxing with friends and family over morning coffe! A charming and much loved home awaiting your memories. PLEASE NOTE: This home has a strict age requirement of 30 years old to book. SLEEPS 10. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served.
