There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all newly furnished. The master bedroom has a large adjoining bath, with a walk in shower, double sink, and large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are separated by the great room, which allows guest's more privacy. The eat in kitchen has new granite top counters, a large pantry, an electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and is situated at the back of the house, which looks out on an expansive brick walled, private yard. The large patio door in the kitchen provide the feeling of being connected to the outdoors, and offers continuous views of the many birds that visit. The back yard has a dining table, two reclining lounges, a new large LP gas grill. The fire pit is a feature that encourages the star gazing that is so enjoyable in this tranquil environment.
