A huge kitchen with a giant island and breakfast bar make for a great entertaining setup. As a bonus, the owner of this unit is paying the building registration fee ($88 value) and for your convenience provides 2 beach umbrellas and 6 chairs, along with a beach cart to carry everything to the beach. You will also have access to the storage locker for any additional items you wish to have for the beach. This property is the perfect backdrop for total relaxation and memories to be made. Wireless internet is included at no additional cost. Easy access from the parking garage. Non-smoking. No pets, please. Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Game Room & more! Gateway Grand guests enjoy access to a host of amenities, including Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Fitness Center & over-the-top Kids' Game Room with selection of board & video games. Head down to the Beach for a day of sun & surf, or stroll to a number of popular shops, activities & restaurants. The location is a short walk to many of Ocean City's best hot spots including, Seacrets, Dead Freddy's, Macky's, Fager's Island and more! Just a short drive or bus ride from the OC Boardwalk. This property is available for a weekly rental with Saturday check-in dates during In-Season. During the Off-Season this property is available for a weekly rental with Any Check-in dates. Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions, including steps for late arrival. Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens from home or purchasing Linen Service (please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you'll be needing Linen Service & we will provide a quote).
