Gateway Grand 1505 is a three bedroom, three bath south facing condo in midtown Ocean City, Maryland, on 48th Street. Recently upgraded furnishings in the bright and sunny condo create a comfortable living area which avails you of views of the shoreline to the south. Step out onto the balcony to take in the salty breezes and the ocean and bay views. Other condo features include a beautiful dining area, gourmet fully-equipped kitchen (drip coffeemaker), cable TV and complimentary wifi and a separate laundry room with private luggage cart to be used by guests during their stay. Please note the luggage cart must be returned to the condo or a $200 charge will be incurred. This owner also provides guest access to their storage locker on the mezzanine level where beach equipment can be stored during their stay.
Gateway amenities include a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, large oceanfront sundeck and more. Sleeping up to eight guests, bed sizes include a king, queen, two singles and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, if needed. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guests must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents Saturday to Saturday.
There is an $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests.
