Built in 2009, this Mediterranean style luxury vacation home , overlooks the tranquil waterways of the intra-coastal and is situated off the Las Olas Isles. Sit back and enjoy watching yachts pass by in the back yard. This property is equipped with a 100 foot dock which includes shore power, deep water and no fixed bridges.
This private gated resort-like mansion features 7 bedrooms, 7.5 en suite bathrooms .Each bedroom has its own flat screen television as well as full cable and wireless internet.
The furnishings and décor have been selected to fuse the feelings of the Mediterranean and beach styles. The home is comfortable yet elegant. There is a large formal dining room as well as eat in kitchen.
The living room has high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the waterway and brings in much natural light. The grand chandelier hangs high with a magnificent fireplace to enhance the ambiance.
The gourmet kitchen is appointed with Viking appliances, including a 60 inch, Viking professional range oven as well as all other kitchen amenities needed to prepare a gourmet meal.
The family room features fine leather furniture, pool table, wet bar and French doors that lead you to the outdoor patio with tropical landscaping and heated pool and spa. A full outdoor kitchen with gas grill and pool side shower are also included. The entire outside perimeter of the house has security cameras, including the pool area.
The best things about this estate are its luxury look and its location. It is walking distance to the beach and the shops of Las Olas. It is situated in a multi-million dollar neighborhood with mansions and mega yachts visible from every canal. A 100 foot dock is included in the backyard and available for your usage. The dock will accommodate a 100 foot yacht or smaller. It includes full shore power, deep water and no fixed bridges for easy access to the ocean.
The City of Fort Lauderdale requires that Sec. 15-278 be disclosed for vacation rental standards, rules and regulations:
1. Maximum occupancy in the rental unit shall be strictly enforced. There shall be only two persons per bedroom room staying on the property. This means no additional guests are staying on couches or air mattresses.
2. Parking, vehicles must be parked in garage, carport or designated spots in driveway. No off-street parking or in neighbors driveways, swells or lawn is permitted. If in doubt, the info book has photos of these locations.
3. Trash and Recycle days can be found in the information book Bins shall remain in set location until appropriate pickup days. Bins should be rolled out after 6 pm the day before scheduled pick-up and shall be removed before 10pm of pickup day. Should you forget, trash days and bins are overflowing on your departure a $250 fee will be charged for trash removal.
4. Noise – Audible loud noise (i.e., music, socializing and the like) is not permitted 25 feet from the property line between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am daily and more than fifty feet 7 am to 10 pm.
5. It is the responsibility of all guests to be mindful of swimming pools, hot tubs, and waterways. Be mindful to watch toddlers infants and children. Pool and Water Safety is YOUR responsibility.
6. Emergency and after hours contact information can be found in the house book . This includes Police, Fire Department, Hospital and Property Management Company. In the event of an emergency, all exits are plainly marked as are the locations of fire extinguishers.
7. It is unlawful for any known sex offenders to be in 1, 400 feet a school, park, playground daycare or any place that children congregate or play which includes residential neighborhoods and streets.
8. Visitors shall be mindful of all rules and regulations at public beaches and parks. This includes turtle nesting seasons. DO NOT DISTURB WILDLIFE.
9. Any guests or visitors associated with guests in the rental unit is required and expected to follow all rules and regulations.
