Our recently renovated 1st floor condo comes completely furnished in the beautiful Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. For your comfort, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Couples or singles will enjoy spacious queen size beds; enough to share with that favorite someone or plenty of room for your competitive 4 some. In all, 4 queen size beds.
What are most appealing to us is this center unit (more square footage, over 1300) and its 1st floor location. No more lugging suitcases, coolers, golf bags, or whatever (or whoever) you travel with, up flights of stairs. Just park your car, unload, walk in the ground floor unit, and start enjoying yourself.
Our guests enjoy the privacy of two separate living spaces which easily convert into 1 large villa. The smaller portion contains 2 queen size beds, private bath with jetted tub, efficiency kitchen and plenty of space. The larger portion contains a Master suite, also with 2 queen size beds, private access to the bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer, a spacious living room, full kitchen, and dining room. From the living room and Master bedroom, just open one of the 3 sliding glass doors and walk outside and enjoy the patio overlooking the pond and private pool.
Looking for something to do?
Golf anyone? There are over 100 golf courses in the area and over 50 within a 15 minute drive. That said; don’t forget about the great 27 holes of golf right here at the Plantation. There is also a driving range for you to work out a few kinks in your game, as well as a restaurant for you to refuel after your day on the course.
If you are not familiar with Brunswick Plantation, within our gated community and a short walking distance from the condo’s front door are fitness facilities, outdoor pools, indoor pools, an indoor hot tub, and tennis courts. We’re also located a very short walk to the main clubhouse, driving range, all 1st tees, as well as a few steps to the relaxing island swimming pool. If walking outdoors appeals to you, we encourage you to enjoy the beautiful neighborhoods throughout the Plantation and observe the architecture and landscape of the community.
If you prefer to spend some time on the beach, then you are only a short drive to Sunset and Ocean Isle beaches; North Myrtle and Myrtle Beaches and all they have to offer are close enough to enjoy as well. For those nights you don’t feel like cooking, there are over 1000 restaurants for you to choose from.
