Summary: The property had a great location and layout, perfect for our group of seven. The owner was very responsive and quickly addressed issues during our stay, such as the washer breaking and drains not draining, which we really appreciated. However, the kitchen isn’t ideal for cooking. While it had some basic tools, the quality was lacking—honestly, a quick trip to the dollar store would have been an upgrade. There were plenty of knives, but none of them were sharp, and the cookware was very minimal. For example, there were no cookie sheets or any pans larger than an 8x8 dish.As for beach gear, there were a couple of beach chairs and a few old mismatched snorkel masks scattered around the property, but not much else to fully support a beach day.
