This is a 2 bedroom condo in the heart of Ballantyne with pool. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery store across the street from Ballantyne Resort and Spa, which has a wonderful dining, spa and in door / outdoor pool. Golf courses are surrounding the location. The condo is gated, and has key pad entry into the building. Elevator access.
All hardwoods, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, deck is over looking pond with fountain and natural area. Very private, and relaxing. Master bedroom has queen bed and double vanity bathroom. Cable and internet provided. Washer /dryer in unit. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. A blow up mattress (queen) is also available per request. Beautiful area, close to South Park, Quail Hollow, Carmel, and Piper Glen Country Clubs. Sara YMCA is across the street. Great community with sidewalks for riding bikes or taking a walk. Easy access to interstate. I'm a Charlotte native from this area and will be more than happy to help answer any questions you may have.

Summary: This was a great location for us. It was near family as well as grocery stores and restaurants and not far from a strawberry farm with a playground. There was always plenty of convenient parking as well. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and woods.
