The house, built circa 1920 and fully renovated in 2006, has an open floor plan that combines dining and kitchen which leads to a huge living area that has a “Lodge” feel. Flanked by outdoor decks with grill and picnic table and a spacious screened-in porch off the living area. The four beautifully decorated bedrooms boast amazing water views from every window. There is a separate guest house included in your rental with twin beds that convert into a king. Conveniences include a fully functional modern kitchen, wet bar, wood burning fireplace, Dish Network Satellite System, DVD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet, and CD Stereo System with whole house indoor and outdoor speakers. Every bedroom has a spectacular view of the water and all have ceiling fans. The Master includes a connecting bath, a king bed and satellite TV. A boat dock, sandy swimming beach, and a two seat kayak, are available for guests to enjoy.
