Beautiful, clean and private suite in a great area. We are in a great neighborhood near parks, beaches and hiking trails too. The property is fully fenced and suite has its own entrance. The bedroom has a lovely queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper.. There is a foam mattress available too for Additional person. There is a working station in bedroom for a laptop as well. The bedroom has a view of the garden and patio. There is a covered patio as well as an open patio that you’re most welcome to use. There is also a treehouse and trampoline you can use ( use at your own risk.) Owner is not responsible for any injury that may occur. Guests may use at own risk, The garden is very peaceful. The kitchen is full size with a magic bullet blender, pots and pans, microwave, dishes etc. There is a coffee maker / coffee included and tea too for you. We are located near beaches and parks, neighbourhood coffee shop, Major bus routes are nearby to go to downtown or the University of Victoria. The property has a parking spot for one vehicle. It's a quiet neighborhood with squirrels, rabbits, wild birds, raccoons and deer around. We wish you a wonderful stay in our beautiful city of Victoria.
