A retreat within a retreat, this is the Garden Bungalow, situated at the end of the luxury rooms of The Court and facing another secluded lawn beyond the main Lawn. This select room has windows on two sides, offering a front view of The Court Lawn and a back view with a private porch facing the secluded Garden Lawn. The Garden is situated at the south end of The Court, with the open air vibe of the Gulf waters and the white sand beach, all just steps away.
The impeccably landscaped shared Garden Lawn forms a gathering and celebration space for guests who take either accommodation - or both for larger groups and special occasions such as weddings and other happy times. ADA compliant, the Bungalow offers its own private porch with chaise lounge seating for four and pendant lighting for evening sojourns and conversations.
The Garden Bungalow features bright white colors and offers natural light from the two windows, with blackout shades to close away the world and oversized pendant lighting. The four-poster king bed has dual nightstands and lamps. Extra soundproofing ensures the seclusion of your own world inside, and a desk nook offers space to catch up, with a WiFi booster to keep you up to speed. A large Smart Frame TV offers entertainment, and built-in cabinets, coffee station and mini fridge offer plenty of storage and refreshments to stay at peace in the Bungalow.
Luxury Serena & Lily furnishings are the style of the Bungalow, with Peacock Alley linens for extra pampering. The spacious master bathroom, with glass enclosed shower, teak shower bench, railings, and rainfall shower head and wand, offers freshness at will, and two complementary super-plush bathrobes are provided for your comfort. Escape to The Court for a Simple, Beautiful stay.
The Court is an extensively renovated motor court from older times, an old classic made new classic, with a fabulous location literally just steps away from the Amphitheater heart of Seaside happenings, the Airstream Row delectable food offerings, and the beach. Take your bare feet outside the sanctuary of your Garden Bungalow to the porch and contemplate the day in lazy ease, then sandals on! - and all the adventure of Seaside is just a few steps away.
* The Court is a 2-night minimum year round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.
