The big open floor plan of this home makes it an ideal space for families, large groups, and various gatherings. This home is like no other when it comes to Entertainment, making it fun for all ages! Our Game Room is the ideal "ENTERTAINMENT PARADISE" with foosball, air hockey, books, games, toys and an entire ARCADE WORLD that was added in JULY 2020. Offering a WIDE VARIETY of ARCADE MACHINES including a sit down pacman arcade loaded with 80 classics, racing & shooting. Guests will have use of at least 5 full sized arcades machines! *Please note, arcades pictured can vary/change due to occasional maintenance.

***A starter supply of paper towel, napkins, dish soap, TP, kleenex, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, and laundry detergents is provided. Also, provided are all linens, towels, and extra bedding.

1-*Executive OCEAN VIEW Master Suite: King Bed (sleeps 2) & Twindle Bed (sleeps 2). The master suite has a sliding door with black out privacy shades, that opens out to the 3rd floor deck with hot tub. Private Master bath with jetted garden tub, double sinks & beautiful tile countertops and flooring
2-*OCEAN VIEW Room: Queen bed (sleeps 2) + Twin bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom shares a hallway bath w/bedroom #3
3-*King bed (sleeps 2) + Twin bed (sleeps 1). Large window with view of the backyard. Shares a hallway bathroom with bedroom #2.
**ALL bedrooms have access to the deck w/beach view and the hot tub.
***Almost ALL beds have Simmons Beauty rest pillow top mattresses
***Sleeping spots for 10 guests are on real mattress beds. All towels/linens are provided.
ENTRY AREA:
A covered outdoor porch area will lead you up to the front door. Once inside the open 2 story entry/hallway area, you can get comfortable by putting your things away in the coat closet. A half bath and full sized laundry room are just off the entry.
KITCHEN/DINING:
Fully equipped spacious kitchen comes with high-end stainless steel appliances, Tile counter tops, over-sized island and bar that seats 4. All utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls, bake-ware, beautiful dinnerware, toaster, mixer, blender, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, griddle, silverware...all you need.
Adjoining DINING Room has a beautiful wood table for seating up to 10 in a spacious dining area.
GREAT ROOM:
is part of a very open floor plan with a fireplace, plasma TV/DVD, built-in video library with over 60 dvd's, and Bay windows with ocean views and Big-comfortable sectional sofa. A sliding door leads out to a covered deck for grilling, lounging and enjoying more ocean views. This area also just received (June 2020) BRAND new floors and bay windows!
ENTERTAINMENT AREA:
This home DOES NOT LACK ANYTHING when it comes to ENTERTAINMENT. The Entire downstairs level is thoughtfully designed for Entertainment. Here you will find a foosball table, Air Hockey table, Multiple Arcades, legos/lego table for kids, sectional sofa for lounging, big screen TV, Dvd's, Library with books for all ages.
PARKING:
is available for 4 vehicles. There is parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is part of the "Arcade World" and is NOT open for parking.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE/VIRTUAL CONCIERGE:
-2 Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. One is a doorbell camera capturing the landing at the front door and the second one capturing the driveway. Both cameras only capture video, no audio. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
-We now also have 2 smart devices for Guest use. There is a Google Home Hub on the main floor and a Google mini in the game room. These are voice activated and ready to assist Guests just by saying "Hey Google" The smart devices can be used to turn on/off tvs, arcades, music, search local restaurants, check weather, and so on... all at the command of your voice!
BEACH ACCESS:
is through the NW 15th Street access,(approximately 500 feet) Super close! We truly are located in the perfect spot!! This is the only access in Lincoln City that has an option of driving your car down onto the beach, making it very convenient for all ages. Beach Access is also Wheel-Chair accessible.
*City Street Improvements (2016-2017): NW Harbor Ave now has a brand NEW sidewalk that stretches along the whole street making it safe and convenient to walk down to the Beach, also added were a few street parking spots along the sidewalk!!
