Summary: The house is as described. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults 4 teens (13-18) and 2 kids. There is a cute coffee spot in the kitchen, loved that they supplied coffee pods and sugar. Nice touch! The movie room downstairs was a hit for all the kids and the bedroom down there with 3 beds was the kids spot! The garage game room was also a hit. They spent a lot of time hanging out in there. They have a Wii and some games for it - 4 controllers which worked out well. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our last morning there we saw a family of deer in the backyard. Natalie was a great host, responsive to our few questions we had. House is 30 min from camelback so not too far of a ride if you wanted to find things to do
