This home was completely remodeled in 2015 with all new hardwood and carpet flooring, kitchen counter tops, appliances, and furniture. * Minutes away- Just an easy 3.5 mile drive/Uber/Taxi to Notre Dame Stadium! * Open concept with lots of backyard space that includes patio furniture, built in fireplace, and a putting green! * This house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a king size bed in master, queen size in guest room, and a full size bed in third room. * We also have a comfortable couch and two full size air mattresses’ for additional guest. * Can sleep 6-8 guests with additional mattress' and couch. * Other amenities include: 55" LG TV with X-finity cable and high speed internet, washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, waffle maker, gas grill, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, cooking/grilling tools, linens, towels, and travel-size toiletries. * No pets (unless discussed). No smoking. * Check in time is Friday at 5:00pm with a Checkout time of 12:00pm on Sunday.
