On the port of Dinan, we offer this charming 130 m² gîte in a former painting gallery, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Exposed beams and stonework add to the charm of this atypical place, where contemporary meets ancient. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Day area
- A 60 m² living room with a view of the Port and the Rance, comprising a sitting area with TV and double sofa-bed (160x200), and a dining area with a large dining table.
- A large 17 m² kitchen, fully equipped, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
Sleeping area
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A mezzanine area with twin beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A shower room with shower, separate WC with access from the shower room.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : high chair, cot, combined washing machine and dryer, fan.
The property is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant area of medieval architecture. This charming gîte, right in the heart of Dinan's port and close to the Jerzual leading to the historic center, stands alongside the River Rance and the old buildings so dear to Dinan.
You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gite's private, closed garage, which can accommodate 2 cars (4x4, station wagon etc. possible). Not possible for estafette-type vehicles.
