Gailmard Cottage. Easy and quick access to the beach. Very few folks on the beach at any given time and the water is the famous crystal blue green with sugar white sand!
This spacious, newly updated, well maintained, non-smoking comfortable home has 4 decks, comfy beds and lots of amenities just like home! Upstairs has 2 bedrooms - Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath, large walk-in closet and large private covered deck overlooking the back yard and an ocean view.
The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with en suite bath and private deck overlooking front yard.
Downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with hall bath and deck to the pool and backyard. Nice large kitchen with all the kitchen amenities of a year round home.
Nice living room with ample seating for games and TV viewing.
Dining table seats 6 with additional seating on bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Washer and dryer are in a hall closet as you enter the house from the side door which leads to the carport. Hose is located here for washing the sand from your toes before entering the home!
Hardwood floors in kitchen, dining area and living room. All baths are tile, all bedrooms are carpeted. This home is modern, very clean and very well maintained.
Excellent location for walking, running and biking C30A.
The house shares a large pool with a few other cottages and is rarely crowded.
Santa Rosa Beach Golf course is right across the street. Destin and Seaside are just a few miles away.
