This home is located in the Wolf Laurel Resort community. Home is 1 mile from the Ski the Wolf ski slopes. The home is located in a tranquil wooded setting, with an english garden landscaping theme, in a gated community, and has beautiful flower gardens in the spring and summer. Home is fully stocked, just show up with clothes and groceries. The home is one level, private entrance and driveway, carport parking. The homeowner does visit her home from time to time and stays in the lower level unit, which has a seperate entrance and seperate driveway/parking. You may or may not even know she is visiting. Visit downtown Asheville, but don't miss West Asheville, Weaverville, and Mars Hill (closest town for groceries and restaurants and a University town). You will love the laid back attitude of the area, the friendly people, and the farm fresh food. Once you visit, you may not want to leave. Motorcycles prohibited in the community. If you plan on riding in or trailering in motorcycles, contact the property manager prior to booking.
