Positive: old charming Miami type building. Clean simple no nonsense room just what I was looking for. Very conveniently located for my needs.
Negative: Nothing to dislike. A little more sturdy chair could have been nice.
Summary: I came there to spend the nite after a procedure at the Babtist Hospital. It was comfortable.
