We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bélus, this charming house with a unspoilable view on the mountains, within a property made up of two houses, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice private terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A bright living room of 50 m², view on the mountains with a TV, sofas and a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine...
Night space :
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: two single beds.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful swimming pool (10x5), heated et open from May to octobre. It is shared with the owners and secured by a fence with a lockable gate.
- A private terrace of 130 m² facing South with a view on the Basque mountains and garden furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A private parking lot in front of the house that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, high chair, washing machine, plancha table and iron.
