In a renovated 19th century farmhouse in the heart of the Savoyard foothills, a semi-detached cottage opens onto an unfenced 3500 m² park made up of gardens and orchard for an immersion in the countryside. Located between lake and mountain, this site is ideal for your walks, hikes, bikes, mountain bikes, water activities (the beach of Pré d'Argent at Lake Aiguebelette is 3.1 km away).
