Accessed via courtyard (16 steps) + separate access via garden (6 steps). Upstairs: Living room, fitted kitchen, lounge/bedroom on the mezzanine (two 90 x 200cm single beds). Shower room/Wc. Small private garden, enclosed & shady, electric BBQ, sunbeds. Outside parking (public).
