## Space Vous disposez de tout le confort indispensable pour passer un très bon séjour. Le village dispose de plusieurs commerces ainsi qu'un aire de jeux à proximité du logement. Son emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les beautés de la vallée de la Loire (châteaux, vignobles et autres curiosités). Notre logement est parfait pour les couples, les familles (avec enfants). Il est possible de vous prêter un lit parapluie, barrières de protection et chaise haute sur demande. La cuisine se compose d'une plaque à induction, d'un four pyrolyse, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une cafetière Nespresso (à dosettes), d'une cafetière courante et d'une bouilloire. Dans le logement, vous aurez à disposition de l'huile, du vinaigre, du sel, du poivre, du sucre, café, thé. Vous disposez à l'étage d'une grande salle de bain (baignoire et douche 120x80) et d'un toilette séparé. Au rez de chaussée, une salle d'eau (douche 90x90) et toilette séparé. L'extérieur vous propose une terrasse avec vue panoramique, un barbecue et un coin détente avec transats et jeux d'extérieur. ## Access Vous aurez 160m2 à disposition ainsi que 1000m2 de jardin. Un garage est disponible pour abriter vos voitures. Il est situé au bas de la propriété, on peut y loger 2 voitures ; Du garage, il y a une petite côte pour accéder à la maison étant donné qu'elle se situe en haut du coteau. Pendant l'été, une navette relie le village à Amboise. Pour accéder à la maison, il est nettement préférable de passer devant la Mairie et prendre la rue Tue-La-Soif car l'accès est plus aisé. ## Interaction Etant natif de la région, je pourrais vous renseigner sur les différentes visites à faire aux alentours ou voir plus loin. ## Neighborhood Le quartier est calme, il permet d'accéder aux vignes alentours et différents chemins de balades à pied ou à vélo. La boulangerie, bureau de tabac et pharmacie se situent à 1 minute à pied. ## Transit La gare d'Amboise se situe à 4km et l'entrée d'autoroute à 15km. Une navette de bus vous permet de rejoindre la gare d'Amboise ainsi que le centre ville. ## Notes Suite à la crise sanitaire, nous procédons à un nettoyage stricte du logement avant chaque arrivée. De plus, nous demandons à toutes les personnes venant chez nous de se munir d'un masque et, éventuellement, de gants à l'arrivée! Nous mettons à disposition des produits à base de javel pour le nettoyage quotidien.
