If you are familiar with Margaritaville, it is the Breeze model with a nice open floor plan and plenty of room. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the den has a twin pull out bed. The wrap around lanai has a dining table and BBQ, as well as a comfortable patio set to relax on and enjoy the wooded view. All utilities are included - including internet and cable!

Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Margaritaville this winter. The house was very neat and well equipped. Jane is very prompt in answering any questions that may pop up. Weather was great and tons of amenities included with the stay. Pickleball, bike riding, concerts at the bandshell, Bar and Chill Restaurant conveniently located by the pool just to name a few. Our dog Jax also enjoyed long walks and checking things out from the lanai. So happy we got to be first time "snow birds" this winter, and even happier we decided to build a home in Lattitude Margaritaville. Thanks for a great stay Jane!
