Summary: Beautiful and welll appointed property in a great south Minneapolis locationThe only hiccup was a late check-in, which the owner was well aware of, about 1 AM. Unfortunately to property access was secured by and electronic door lock, which refused entry due to a dead battery. This can happen (I have a similar lock at home); but for whatever reason the owner had given me an emergency contact number the was turned on message only. We had to find a hotel with 2 rooms to accommodate our 5 person family. The owner did reimburse me for the hotel rooms, and offered a 50 over out of pocket costs for the inconvenience. The low ratings on check in are solely for turning off the contact phone when he knew there was a late checking that night.
