Availability now! Fall to Spring is gorgeous and the best time to visit Hilton Head Island, SC! Walk up the street just 2 short blocks (3 minutes) to expansive North Forest Beach beach! This spacious home is on a quiet, family friendly street, with a neighborhood feel. Set on 1/3 acre, you have a fully enclosed and private pool and yard area, with outdoor shower, perfect for grilling/dining. This location offers close proximity to miles of bike paths, dining and shopping throughout Coligny Plaza and other nearby areas.
There is a nice separation of space in this home, and the pool area is very private from all sides. This is a great home for families, due to the fully fenced back yard.
The beach at the end of Mallard is never crowded, as this in the middle of a residential/rental neighborhood. You will want to return year after year to this fun family beach home!
There is a large living area that is set up like a game room, with a large, comfy, reclining sectional, pool table, large screen TV, poker table, overlooking the large backyard pool and grilling area.
This is a great home for a fun filled or relaxing vacation! There are 4 sleeping areas, including 3 full bedrooms on the first level and a loft bedroom upstairs. The downstairs has 1 Master Queen, with en suite bath, 1 bedroom with a twin bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single twin beds. The 2 twin bedrooms share a hall bath, with tub/shower combo. The Loft bedding consists of 1 King bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa, with en suite bath. This area is not visible from the other areas of the home, but it does not close off from the downstairs completely, so it is better for late to be guests or heavy sleepers.
