Welcome to our lovely, quiet garden-level brownstone property on a nice, family-friendly street. Full, through-floor place with a bedroom and separate living room, perfect for couples or solo travelers. A long-time, professional host, we provide all the necessities and extras to make your stay perfect. We hope you enjoy our slice of NYC as much as we do. Recently touched-up and newly furnished in September 2021.
The space:
• Our one-bedroom property features a queen-sized bed, oversized kitchen, and comfortable living room with a 60’ TV.
• The bedroom has a large closet and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
• The kitchen has all you need to cook yourself a meal, including range, microwave, dishwasher, and a Nespresso!
• The living room gets very good light in the afternoons, and is separated from the kitchen for a bit of privacy. We can provide a pack n’ play for those traveling with a baby. There is also a floor mattress available for a third guest. Let us know in advance to set up the mattress for you!
• You can relax and enjoy the entertainment on a 60’ TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Disney + and more.
• The home has air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.
• Double-front doors and state-of-the-art WiFi lock makes you feel safe while providing keyless entry.
The neighborhood
• We are located on a quiet residential street, which means free street parking is usually easy to find.
• We are surrounded by neat restaurants and a short walk to the AC subway line that gets you into Manhattan in 20 minutes.

• You have exclusive access to the garden-level residence.
Other Things to Note
• We check requests immediately upon receiving them and the calendar is always up to date! Go ahead and book!
• All guests must purchase the Property Damage Deposit to confirm any booking.
• We may request a photo of a government-issued ID of each guest staying that shows the name, photo, and DOB.
• AC is available only in summer, for the rest of the year we are using fans.
• We love pets! Your furry friends are allowed in the property. There is a $50 sanitation fee and a $200 security deposit (per pet) which is refundable after your stay. However, please note that we reserve the right to keep the pet deposit if we receive any noise complaints or any cleaning issues such as stains, extensive hair, as well as damages.
