This spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom residence has an open kitchen, dining room, living room, and patio. Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. Only a moment's walk to Asheville's local restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries you are in the center of the city while also able to enjoy the mountains that surround you.
This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app. which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions)

Summary: The condo was great and very clean. The location was in walking distance to everything. Down loading the app to get in is a little confusing but one we worked out that everything went smoothly. We would stay there again.
