Welcome to Continental N10203, also known as Latitude Adjustment, an updated and very nicely furnished one-bedroom, one-bath second floor gulf-front condo located in the heart of Panama City Beach that can sleep up to six people.
Situated just a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park, and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park (offering an up close and personal experience with some of the Gulf’s most intriguing animals), Continental is right in the middle of it all! You can even walk down the beach to Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and multiple other local dining options.
This resort offers free covered parking, a gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage at Flippers Beach Bar. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.
This condo was fully renovated and meticulously designed to maximize your space, comfort and convenience. There is marble tile flooring throughout. The galley style kitchen has many features, including plenty of hard surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is even a wraparound bar with two bar stools. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a refrigerator/freezer, glass surface counter-top range, built-in oven, built-in microwave oven, a wine cooler and a dishwasher. Besides the bar counter with two stools there is a high-top table with three high-boy stools.
The adjacent living area has a sleeper-sofa and two club chairs on an area rug, accent tables and lamps and opposite the seating area is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Large windows look out towards the beach and gulf from a second-floor vantage point, and a door from the living area provides access to the furnished covered gulf-front balcony.
The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed with nightstands, a corner chair and chest of drawers with wall-mounted flat screen TV above. Also in the bedroom behind mirrored doors is a convenient stacked washer and dryer set. The bathroom has a vanity with decorator lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. There is also a door from the bathroom that leads to a cozy bunk nook with twin-over-twin bunk beds. Close both doors for full privacy.
