**There is one designated parking spot for this rental, and it is directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park small or midsize vehicle onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.
**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
**There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
