Experience America’s quintessential summertime vacation right from our dock and private sandy beach. Spend the long summer days water skiing, tubing, fishing or exploring in the provided kayaks. The clear sandy bottom beach is key for younger kids, the ones both content at the water’s edge and ones building up the courage to swim out to our large floating dock or our moored floating “Rubber Dockie” foam swim play mat.
The cooler Fall season is no less spectacular with the stunning foliage that surrounds. We are located at the base of Red Hill which also offers a variety of moderate hiking trails. At the summit you can enjoy miles of 360° views of the lakes region including the Ossipee range, Lake Winnipesaukee, the Belknap range from Mt. Major to Gunstock, Monadnock, Mt. Sunapee, and the Squam range.
Winter is just as alive and the excitement picks up with provided attached garage space for your snow toys and direct access to the beginning of hundreds of miles of state maintained snowmobile trails that can be directly accessed from our beach. If you are more of powder head that lives for first tracks, then skiing and snowboarding is right nearby. Within a 50-mile radius including there are endless mountains to choose from including Gunstock (19 mi), Ragged Mtn (32 mi), Waterville (33 mi), King Pine (35 mi), Cranmore (37 mi), Loon (40 mi), Jackson (45 mi), Attitash (46 mi) and Cannon (50 mi).
Inside, our home has been meticulously remodeled to create a custom luxurious serenity. The floor plan is perfect one or two families of all generational configurations with a walk-in entry and master level as well an easy slope from the front down to the water’s edge. Activities are endless with air hockey table, ping pong table, kayaks, tubes, water toys and even some indoor and board games for the chance of rain. The lower walkout level has a whole second living room for the kids to become scarce during evening adult time along with 2 additional bedrooms. Even if you must be the unfortunate soul to have to dial into work remotely, you will find a fully equipped and dedicated office for which to join your meetings in your swim trunks.
For days venturing out and about, there are endless activities within minutes. Spend a leisurely day wandering the charming Villages of Meredith Bay and Center Harbor or hop over to the more lively town of Laconia with world famous Weirs Beach and Boardwalk. The options are endless and must visit stops include Funspot (world’s largest arcade), Weirs Drive in movie theater, Squam Science Center, and the Polar Caves
