Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and shade from the trees on the screened in porch of this storybook cottage. Located on the ocean side of Emerald Isle, minutes to the nearest beach access, and some of Emerald Isle's best shops and restaurants. If you don't feel like walking 5 minutes to the beach, hop on a bike and be at the beach in less than 2 minutes. Home has been completely renovated including gorgeous gourmet kitchen and master bath, along with a fabulous game room complete with ping pong, giant sectional, and 55” tv. This home was designed for comfort and relaxation with plenty of room to spread out after a long day of sand and surf.
Main level includes an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room as well as the master bedroom and bathroom. Double sliding glass doors open onto the screened porch. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. One with a king bed and private deck. The other has a full size bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. There is an updated bathroom with walk in shower in between the bedrooms. The main house sleeps 8. The lower level has a game room with ping pong table, 55 inch tv, giant couch for lounging, full bathroom, and fun little sleeping nook with 2 twin beds. Laundry room also on this level. Please note, this space has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. It is perfect for older kids or young adults. This level also has it's own heating/ac system. Spacious outdoor shower in the back yard.
Other nearby activities include neighborhood play ground, Emerald Isle Woods Park, Bike/Walking Path, go-carts, mini-golf, ice cream, wine shop, and so much more.

Summary: This house was perfect for my family and I. We have visited Emerald Isle for years and this was one of the best experiences at a home we have had. Our host was amazing! We actually ended up on the island with Hurricane Debbie approaching. She stayed in contact with us leading up to the storm’s arrival and offered to comp us if we felt unsafe. We stayed the duration and were incredibly sad to leave. All of this to say, our host was AMAZING and so was her home!
