Walk to Whole Foods, 29th Street mall or Pearl Street mall from this centrally located one bedroom condo. The unit is located on 23rd and Pearl just a short distance from everything boulder has to offer. The unit itself has been fully remodeled with hardwood floors, custom built cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances touch sensing kitchen faucet and granite counter tops. The bathroom features a jetted tub and there is a full size high efficiency clothes washer and dryer in the unit. One bedroom featuring a queen size bed and a custom built in closet for all the storage you will need. The unit is heated with hot water baseboard heaters and has a new in wall air conditioner for the summer. living area includes a couch that can be converted to a bed to sleep an additional 2 guests and a flat screen TV. Best of all is that you can walk from the front door to pretty much anything you want to do in Boulder. CU campus is a 20 min walk to the south, Whole Foods and the 29th street mall are 15 min walk to the East and the outdoor pearl street mall is a 15 min walk to the west.
General Notes/ FAQ:
1.) The porch has a gas grill but due to city rules you can only use 1lb propane tanks - These are not provided with the condo so you will need to purchase from home depot if you plan to grill
2.) Check in is at 3PM and Checkout is at 11AM. There is a keypad lock on the front door and i will send you a message with the combo on arrival day after the place is clean but by at least 3PM
3.) There is a TV in the unit, it is setup for Netflix for free and has other apps if you have subscriptions you can use those. There is no cable though.
4.) The Couch turns into a bed and the sheets and blankets for it are stored in the footrest part of the couch
