Beautiful stucco Bungalow Villa in the Village of Fernandina. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath Durham Bungalow was a former model and is tastefully decorated and fully furnished with everything you need to relax, entertain, and enjoy your Vacation Villa Home Away from Home. Enjoy the privacy of the fully fenced patio and screened Lanai. This Durham model has a split bedroom floor plan, 2 bedrooms each with own bath.
Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood minutes from Bonifay Country Club, golf, shopping, restaurants, several Recreation Centers, and pools. Enjoy fine and casual dining, shopping, and free nightly evening music and dancing at the nearby new Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Town Squares.
Our home is warm and bright, sports an open and spacious floor plan with high ceilings and decorator touches. New construction Fall of 2013, with zero maintenance landscaping, all new furniture and furnishings. Many upgrades include ceramic tile floors and shower, painted garage floor, ceiling fans in living room, lanai, and both bedrooms. Enjoy the private, fenced backyard and patio from inside the screened lanai, accessible from the Dining area, Living room, and Master Bedroom.
