Fully furnished 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. Two story townhome, new berber carpet and fresh paint, wood floors downstairs, nice cherry cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer downstairs, very nice furniture, large flatscreen TV downstairs as well as another in master bedroom, and air conditioning. New leather couch and coffee tables.
Master bedroom has a brand new mattress, vaulted ceilings, custom wood beams on ceiling, two skylight windows, custom chandelier, and large closet with two clothes racks and shoe shelves. Second room has a queen bed with brand new mattress and it comes exactly like it is in the photo. It has a large closet with two mirrored doors and shelves inside. If you sleep with the window open you can hear the water fountain in the courtyard. Main bathroom has high end white Italian limestone tile throughout as well as marble countertop and marble baseboards and Kohler fixtures.
Resort style amenities includes 3 pools, sauna, hot tub, gym, grills, and it is gated. It is beautifully landscaped with water fountains and grassy areas, and is very quiet. There is one parking spot and additional parking on the street. Home is in back of Target, Home Depot, Albertsons, and a ton of little shops and restaurants in the Balboa shopping center that you can walk to. Home is right off the 805 and 163 freeways and central to everything and ten minutes from Pacific Beach. Scripps La Jolla, Sharp Mary Birch, and other local hospitals are close distance.
Everything is provided for you including high end cookware, nice dishes, nice new towels, and high quality bedding.
