The front room is bright and sunny and both rooms are thoughtfully decorated with plenty of storage and comfortable queen beds. A friendly corner store is steps away, and the Passyunk/restaurant and bar area is 10 minutes away on foot. Public transportation is abundant and close by.

Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.
Please Note: We only provide toiletries good for the first 24-48 hour use. Please bring your own or purchase at the nearby grocery stores or pharmacies for longer stays.
Please Note: The owner would sometimes use the home and at times personal belongings are still in the home. Also, bedrooms have ACs but there's none in the living room.

Keys/FOBS:
Prior to your arrival, we will take pictures of the keys/fobs for the home. (Where applicable)
If the same number of keys/fobs are not left as assigned on your departure for security purposes we will have to replace all locks and pass the expense of this onto you. The costs would be as follows. Remove and Replace old lock $250-$450 depending on the lock needing to be replaced. Each fob will be $150. Mailbox lock removal and replacement keys $150
Two-bedroom home with two comfortable queen beds. An eclectic and artsy style within a spacious home in a great location! The couch is comfy and there is ample space to work on cushions at the living-room coffee table :)
Our place is walking-distance to the Passyunk Avenue shops and restaurants. Lyft cars are abundant, and public transportation is everywhere. There are buses on 11th street and 12th street, and the Broad Street subway's Snyder Avenue stop is only 4 blocks away. It will get you to Center City in 15 minutes. Parking is in high demand and you may not find a spot; be prepared to park two or more blocks away. If you have a car, it's best to park during work hours (9 am to 5 pm) and leave your car parked. We recommend not using a car at all.
