**THE SUITE**
Experience the comfort of our private basement suite, fully separated from the main house. Access is through the back alley, and there is a designated space for you to park your car. The entry door has a keypad that enables self-check-in, so you don't need to worry about losing the key.
Bedroom: Enjoy a restful sleep on a queen-sized bed featuring a comfy mattress, cotton sheets and a cozy duvet. A closet with hangers and an ironing board is also provided for convenience.
Living Room: Unwind on a comfy sofa bed that opens into a queen-sized mattress. The room also includes a small desk, chair, and TV for your leisure.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and gas stove. Cookware, glassware, and utensils are all provided. Kettle, pour-over coffee maker, Instant Pot, toaster and some essentials like tea, coffee, olive oil, salt and some spices.
Bathroom: Features a bathtub, fresh towels, and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand soap. A hairdryer is also available for your use.
Entryway: A dedicated space to hang your jackets and store your shoes.
We reside upstairs. While you may hear occasional footsteps, rest assured we keep things quiet. We also have a dog; he thinks he's a guard dog, so please don't be scared if he barks at you. He does not have access to your pathway.

Our suite fully complies with Calgary city regulations, meeting stringent safety standards like proper insulation, independent furnace and water boiler, and large windows for your peace of mind.

- Entry & Parking: Access to the suite is via the back alley, where we've designated parking for up to two standard-sized cars. While the alley can be dark at night, we've installed motion-activated LED floodlights for your safety and convenience.
- Laundry Access: For stays longer than 7 days, we offer complimentary 3-hour access to our laundry room once a week, upon request. For additional laundry needs or stays shorter than a week, a $35 fee applies.
