Summary: Good stay. This met what I needed, a bed and a shower as I was out all day. The communication between the host was great. I read the other reviews about the kids, yes there are kids and you can hear them running around but it did not bother me at all. The washroom is as described, I'm 5'5" and I think its very small, but it was noted in the description. The washer and dryer was definitely a welcome bonus, it was hot and sweaty over the weekend so clothes needed a wash so it wouldn't stink up my luggage. I gave a 4 star for cleanliness, it was more so about the walls and craftmanship, as it there was holes and some of the wall trimming and paint was scratched.
