Nestled very close within 250 feet from Westcliff Drive with near 180 degree ocean views, our guests enjoy all of the amazing attractions of Santa Cruz, and many without the use of a car. Watch whales passing by. Visit the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, the National Marine Sanctuary, or the Santa Cruz Wharf. Enjoy shopping and dining at the one and only outdoor mall in downtown Santa Cruz or micro-brews and fantastic restaurants. Or simply enjoy a stroll on West Cliffs private beaches just outside the door. 113 David Way just received a head to toe face lift and is ready for your enjoyment. A modern yet comfortable design approach was used to enhance the natural beauty of the setting. Design features include: *An open floor plan that maximizes natural light and unobstructed ocean views. *Approximately 1500 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. *Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Both living room couches have pull out Queen size beds with memory foam mattresses. *Bathroom is stocked with all the essential items such as shampoo, conditioner and soap. Towels are provided. Cleaning service during your stay is available, upon request, for an additional fee. *Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner cook-top with oven, microwave and dishwasher to prepare almost any type of meal. *Patio area is equipped with a gas-powered BBQ grille, and the outdoor furniture (table and chairs) provides a great space to enjoy dining outside. *The living room is a great gathering place with large flat screen TV and seating area. TVs both have streaming devices (no cable) so that you can log in to your own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, etc.) and pick up where you left off. Broadband internet with WiFi access. DVD player is available to play movies or kids DVDs. *There are 2 units on the property, but the 2nd unit is completely fenced off and separate from the main house with the entrance along the side/back of the house. The 2nd unit is rented long term to our property manager, and while you won't see her, she will be available if you need anything!
