Located close to some of the best hunting zones, dirt bike trails, mtb trails, and almost any other activities to fulfill your adventurous soul. With in walking distance to downtown Rifle as well as JQS Public lands, this newly renovated space is great for staying in or coming back to put your feet up after a day full of seeking new adventure!
The space
Only 30 minutes west of Glenwood Springs with hundreds of miles of hiking trails surrounding us. You can find small towns to explore as well, such as Silt & New Castle, plus the gorgeous Rifle falls all within 25 minutes! The space is also only 5 miles from the JQS trail head: a vast 2500-acre OHV area with over 50 miles of single-track and endless trails for offroading and sxs.
Guest access
All of the lower level is yours, it is a full apartment complete with a full kitchen & shared laundry. Upstairs is our private home, there is a door seperating both areas with locks on either side. We share the front & back yard as well as possibly our back deck, if you are ok with our pets! Free off street parking for 1 vehicle plus free street parking parking for more in our quiet neighborhood.
Other things to note
As this is a bilevel home please note that it is not sound proof & although we are not a loud family sound will travel. We will be respectful of your stay especially during quiet hours & we wish for the same in return! We do have pets on the property (a dog, 2 cats & chickens) if you are uncomfortable with them let us know in advance (atleast 24hours)when you are planning on checking in & out so we can discuss the possibility of keeping them clear of your path. If you need a highchair, pack n play, air mattress or kids toys please give us atleast a 24 hour notice so we can make sure the space is set properly for you!
We do accept pets however we do not allow them to be alone in the space (we have pet sitter recommendations! ) & expect them to respect quiet hours as well. Two pets per stay, additional pets are $25 nonrefundable fee per pet. There is a space in the back yard fenced off for our four legged friends to use the bathroom, please clean up after them. If they are not friendly with other animals or humans (especially kids) please let us know so we can give your pet their space.
