This beautiful apartment is located in the luxury urbanization Mas Nou in Platja D ́aro. It is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with two single beds and one with a king-size bed with good mattresses and all 3 with their own air conditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and there is another bathroom between the two other bedrooms with bath and shower. Both the kitchen and the living room provide access to the terrace with beautiful views over the green mountains. Via a spiral staircase there is another terrace with sea views. There is a tropical landscaped large communal swimming pool perfect for spending the day or for a refreshing dip after a day out.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and provides access to the terrace with beautiful views to enjoy your meals or just the views.
The living room is spacious and light thanks to the win dows and glass sliding doors on 3 sides. There is airconditioning, comfortable sofas and a dining table. The is a smart tv and broadband wifi (fibre). There is an integral garage with direct access via a lift and/or stairs to the apartment.
The apartment is located on a hill and only 5 minutes by car from the bustling village of Platja D ́aro with many shops and restaurants and an elongated beach with a pleasant boulevard.
