The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! A communal laundry room is located in the building and available for use during your stay. There is even free Wifi!
Please note that, like many older buildings in the area, the HVAC in this unit is controlled by the building and features chilled or heated air depending on the season. You may adjust the fan speed on the blower, but there is not traditional air conditioning or heat. We do provide portable box fans to make your stay more comfortable.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There is no parking included with this stay but there is metered street parking around the building and several paid lots and garages nearby.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability."
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Our suite is located in the heart of downtown Louisville, close to all of the attractions the city offers!
Walk to local restaurants such as Brendon's Catch 23 for seafood, Gordon Biersch Brewery & Restaurant and Whiskey Dry for drinks and pub fare, grabbing a hot slice from Iron Quarter Brick Oven Pizza or Pizza Bar Louisville, breakfast at Gatsby's on Fourth or Manhattan Grill, Mexican cuisine at Mi Casita, and Ethiopian fare at Abyssinia.
Nearby cultural spots include the Frazier History Museum, Kentucky Science Center, KMAC Museum, Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, and the Muhammad Ali Center. Located just a few blocks away are the KFC Yum! Center (home to Louisville Cardinals basketball teams and a myriad of concerts and other events) and the Kentucky International Convention Center.
For those in town for work in the medical fields, our suite is convenient to St. Francis Hospital, U of L Health Heart Hospital, Kindred Hospital Louisville, Fresenius Medical Care at Jewish Hospital, jewish Hospital, Norton Children's Hospital, and U of L Hospital.
Getting Around:
Louisville offers public transportation through TARC (Transit Authority of River City) and there is a TARC station right outside of the apartment building. Given the popular location, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible. Already got wheels? Driving by car through Louisville makes it easy to travel from spot to spot. There is also easy access to major interstates like I-64, I-65, and I-71. Louisville also offers a bike share program called LouVelo, and has several stations throughout the city, a few of which are just two blocks from our location. Louisville also has many attractions in the downtown area that are within a walkable distance.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
