Our 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Your stay also includes access to the building's amenities, including: the rooftop courtyard and fitness center. Parking is not included but there are multiple paid parking garages available nearby. Metered street parking is available from 9am-9pm, is free from 9pm-9am, and has a 4-hour time limit.
The building connects to the skywalk (level 3) for easy access to getting around Downtown without walking outdoors. Including Wells Fargo arena, Marriott hotel, and more.
During your stay, please keep in mind that our suites are smoke-free environments.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

The D-Line runs a free loop every 10 minutes, taking visitors and locals from the East Village to the Western Gateway. Feel like going for a walk? Downtown offers 4 miles of climate-controlled skywalks, that can take you from restaurants, to meeting spots, to local coffee shops. The Des Moines Regional Transit (DART) provides bus services throughout the metro area. Due to the popularity of the city, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.
